- IMPORTANT: WE CURRENTLY CAN'T SHIP TO: ISRAEL, PALESTINE, RUSSIA, UKRAINE AND BELARUS. NO EXCEPTIONS.
- EU VAT:
From July 1st 2021, the VAT rate of the destination country is due. It makes it difficult to list all the prices including VAT on the website. Keep in mind that Paypal will add the required amount at checkout, thanks. - BREXIT:
1) If you're in the UK: Note that we cannot currently process orders under 170 Euros of declared value.
2) Zero VAT applies to sales going into the UK. Import VAT and other taxes shall be due upon delivery, get in touch with your Tax office to find out how much Customs will charge.
3) Shipping rates to the UK will soon increase, not sure about the final rates yet. Whatever is listed on the website is current.
4) Also, we cannot give any ETA to UK addresses anymore, as Customs clearance will add to regular transit times.
- SHIPPING:
1) Speaking of shipping, current transit times to the UK but also to the rest of the world are unpredictable. Patience will be required.
2) All parcels are still fully insured so no worries, they'll either get to you or we'll send a duplicate order if they end up lost (which is still extremely rare).
